Standard Specifications

  • Carriage frame is 6" x 6" x 25# H-beam on front and 6" x 16.3# channel on back welded into a one piece frame to give maximum strength and minimum weight
  • Heavy duty bunk - only 2 cylinders for dogging and tapering
  • Heavy duty rack and pinion gear independently adjustable to insure full mesh of gears
  • Heavy duty reversible wear strips
  • Stops to prevent run off of knees and prevents dogs from entering saw line
  • T-1 steel dogs for long life
  • 5" infinite taper on each knee
  • 12" steel wheels on 2 1/2" sq. axle with timken tapered roller bearings
  • Axles are adjustable on carriage frame
